We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead a critical transformation across our marketing function. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, with accountability for building a modern, data-driven marketing engine that delivers measurable growth across both our Health Plan and Denplan businesses.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we take our propositions to market - bringing together B2B, B2C and B2B2C strategies through strengthening engagement and creating a seamless connection between product, sales and marketing execution.
This is a transformation-focused leadership role with ownership of marketing performance end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for turning brand positioning and awareness into tangible commercial outcomes - from marketing qualified leads through to measurable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering on marketing transformation, enhancing capability, structure and impact across the function.
- Building a high-performing engagement engine, driving stronger customer and member interaction across the lifecycle.
- Owning end-to-end demand generation, from lead identification through to qualification and performance tracking.
- Developing and executing integrated B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies.
- Embedding a data-led approach, including segmentation, performance marketing and robust reporting infrastructure.
- Acting as the connector between sales, product and marketing, translating product strategy into impactful go-to-market delivery.
- Strengthening the capability of the marketing team, providing clear direction and driving accountability for results.
- Leading across channels including events, CRM, ecommerce and martech platforms, ensuring alignment with broader digital and technology strategy.
