Culture is how we do things around here

We’re reinventing ourselves. We’re going to reach more people and increase access to affordable healthcare. To do that, it takes everyone one of us to step up and bring our best selves every day. What you do is really important but how you do it is just as important, if not more so! A solid base of us and a sprinkling of you helps make up our awesome culture.

Helen has been a great champion and voice for women's health and the effects of menopause in the workplace. Helen has invested a great deal of time, energy and enthusiasm into growing an important customer relationship. Not only did she manage to retain the business but through her passion she strengthened the relationship even further.
Tracey has repeatedly gone over and above to get the job done. She has challenged where she has identified issues, been incredibly responsive and flexible throughout, and despite the number of last minute changes thrown at her she has dealt with them professionally and efficiently. Most of all she has remained a joy to work with, and what we've managed to achieve together in the timescales is remarkable.
Judit is such a committed and valued member of the team. She has gone above and beyond. Working tirelessly to deliver in VERY tight timescales. The wonderful updates that were made, were made possible by Judit's dedication and effort. THANK YOU JUDIT!!!
Lianne lives and breathes trust and kindness in everything she does for both her colleagues and customers. She has such a positive influence on others, taking small actions that make such a big difference to colleagues and our customers. She is always the first person to check in on people and has taken time to learn processes across areas of the team so that she can support when workloads are higher.
Paul oversaw an extremely challenging job which required coordination with a dozen technology leads. Paul was fantastic, arranging all the right people to be together and led by example, keeping the team motivated and engaged and ensuring the work was completed in a logic sequence. When we found issues, or a lack of documentation Paul was quick to acknowledge but also pragmatic and kept notes. A great job.
