Our product teams are all about listening to our customers feedback to make health products that provide the best access in healthcare (digital where possible, physical when necessary). This team are taking us beyond being just another healthcare company and into the future of health where we understand what customers want, help solve their problems, and create and design the right products for their health needs. Being product-led means we can bring lots of different teams together to run innovative ideas in parallel through testing and learning (yes it’s ok to get stuff wrong!) and moving quickly to respond to customers needs at pace.
