Now our talent team have your details we promise you’ll hear within 7 days of your application.

The fun bit! This could be a conversation, role play, an assessment centre or a presentation. Depending on the role we’ll tailor our approach but you’ll know everything you need to so you can focus on putting your best self out there.

Your interview will be around 20-30 minutes unless otherwise advised by our Talent Acquisition Team.
Prepare some examples that showcase how your background aligns with the role and practice your responses to some of the common interview questions for example, what attracted you to the role and why do you want to work for Simplyhealth? Also prepare some thoughtful questions that show your interest in the role, for example, what does success look like in this role? If your interview is in person, plan your journey, or if its virtual, test your internet and find a quiet space with minimal distractions. Take your time when answering questions, pausing to think is OK! We want to learn about you so let your personality and enthusiasm shine.
During your interview, you’ll be asked questions about your career experience as well as some values-based questions. If a task is involved, this will be discussed beforehand with the Talent Acquisition Team. You’ll also have time to ask the interviewers questions to gain a better understanding of who we are as a business and what our culture is like. If you’re successful in your first interview, you may be invited back to a second stage interview for further discussion, depending on the complexity of the role.
