Our Cyber Security team is responsible for protecting IT Infrastructure, networks and data. They are responsible for preventing data breaches as well as monitoring and reacting to cyber attacks. Essentially, they are here to keep Simplyhealth and our customers safe.
Data Engineering design, build and optimise systems for data collection, storage, access and analytics. Working across the business, this team is key in helping us achieve our goals as a business and always looking to optimise our offering by focusing on reports and trends.
The Software development team are absolutely key to what we offer and one of the real pillars of Simplyhealth. They are usually working to develop multiple projects and products at a time using a variety of exciting tech including React and .Net. The team are all really passionate about new technologies, so, roles in this team would be suited to people who have a real passion for technology and want to have the opportunity to always continue to learn and be exposed to up and coming languages and technologies, no matter what level of experience you have.
The infrastructure team manage the hardware and servers that support our systems, networks and storage. Basically everything that is needed for the day to day running of IT Service delivery, from Cloud to On Prem and Network Delivery, this lot have got it covered.
IT Support helps solve IT issues both across the business as well as with our customers. From password resets through to laptop builds and any other IT hardware or software issue, this team are our 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for queries. When you start with us this lovely bunch will be the first people you meet to help get you set up.
We’re a digital first business with an exciting mobile app estate including SimplyPlan (where you can make claims easily) and SimplyConsult (where you can access a GP 24/7 virtually). This team look to continually develop our apps so our customers have the best possible experience while using them. To join this team, we look for people with a love of technology and experience developing across both Android and iOS.
We use Salesforce to support Marketing, Sales, Service and IT teams so our salesforce team is key in making sure everything is running smoothly. The team comprises of Salesforce developers as well as Technical Analysts and Administrators.
The Test Automation team design, create and maintain test automation to check product quality, working closely with the dev team on any improvements, bug fixes and feedback to (yet again) ensure the best experience for our customers (you can see a theme here). To succeed in the Test Automation team you’ll need to have a good understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, Perl, Jenkins and Cucumber (they promise us the last two are real things).
