Your Role

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll report directly to the Head of People Operations and own end-to-end recruitment across key business areas - from digital & technology to product, sales & marketing to service, all business-critical roles.

You’ll design creative sourcing strategies, maintain a rotating pipeline of candidates, and help us secure the skills, mindset and behaviours we need today and for the future.

This is a role for a hands-on recruiter with strong commercial instincts who also loves improving processes and driving smarter, faster hiring outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage recruitment campaigns across all levels of the business.
  • Deliver a brilliant end-to-end hiring process - briefing, attraction, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and assess the best talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Reward on benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Ensure candidate updates within 48 hours and robust audit trails.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines in key skill areas.
  • Manage agency relationships, negotiate terms and ensure governance standards.
  •  Drive continuous improvement in candidate experience and recruitment processes.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • A flair for creative sourcing across multiple channels.
  • Confidence running 1st‑stage interviews and managing the full lifecycle.
  • A highly collaborative, influential, stakeholder-savvy approach.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • A cool head under pressure with a positive, solutions-led mindset
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and direct recruitment tools.
  • Employment law understanding and experience operating within HR policies.
  • High organisation, pace and the ability to juggle priorities with ease.
  • A love for data integrity, reporting accuracy and process optimisation.
  • An innovative, curious and commercially aware outlook.

In return we offer:

  • A competitive salary between £50,000 and £58,000 depending on skills and experience.
  • Annual discretionary group bonus scheme.
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays), with the option to buy or sell additional days.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you can expect to be in the office on average 1-2 days per week to give you time for collaboration, company briefings and development sessions.

Your Recruitment Journey

Our fair, inclusive, and transparent process will include:

  • A telephone interview with our Head of People Operations to get to know you better.
  • A virtual interview focusing on your skills and experience with the Head of People Ops and a HR Business Partner.
  • Aptitude tests and a Working Styles Questionnaire to understand your preferences.
  • A final presentation to the Head of People Ops and another member of the HR team.

Please note successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including a basic DBS and credit check.
