To be considered you must have:
- Hands‑on experience configuring and customising Salesforce across Sales & Service Cloud (e.g. Flows, validation rules, custom settings
- Practical experience building pipelines for data ingestion.
- Strong SQL/SOQL skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing deadlines and priorities.
- A positive, proactive mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
Our dream candidate might also have:
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud.
- Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/XP/Kanban).
- Understanding of data governance, fact/dimension modelling, and data security in regulated environments

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
