Our ideal candidate will have a proactive and can-do mind-set as well as
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Understanding of software development processes, from design to deployment.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks and working in an agile team.
- Ability to analyse and debug code, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Our dream candidate will also have
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) or back-end development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more. For this role you can expect to be in the office a day a week.
