Part-time Client Training Executive (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 5pm)

Location: Andover
Salary: £18,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Be at the heart of delivering exceptional client training

Are you highly organised, customer-focused and great at making things happen behind the scenes? Do you enjoy working with people, managing multiple priorities and bringing structure to busy environments?

We’re looking for a Client Training Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality training experience for our clients, trainers and wider business.

This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the central point of contact for training enquiries, supporting our trainers and clients from initial request through to successful delivery, while helping us continually develop and promote our training offering.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across our Client Training team, including:

  • Managing trainer diaries, bookings, travel, accommodation and training resources, ensuring everything is in place for successful events.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, responding to training enquiries and providing a professional, helpful service by phone and email.

  • Coordinating training requests, bookings and invoicing, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.

  • Producing reports and management information to support the Head of Events and Training and Client Training Manager.

  • Supporting our Cvent event management system and ensuring all relevant CPD requirements are accurately recorded and maintained.

  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting BDIA and other accreditation requirements, including regular audits of CPD provision and associated measures.

  • Helping to develop our online learning programme, working alongside the Sales Training Executive with administrative and marketing support.

  • Using PageTiger and other digital platforms to keep our online presence professional, accurate, engaging and continually evolving.

  • Working collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure training materials are up to date, on brand and effectively promoted both internally and externally.

  • Supporting marketing activity and creating engaging copy to promote our training programmes.

  • Attending Field Team meetings and occasionally supporting national events.

  • Helping to ensure team controls, procedures and processes are effective, consistently followed and continuously improved.

  • Championing sustainability, identifying practical ways to reduce waste and minimise the carbon footprint of our training activities.

About You

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys working with people. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A confident, professional and customer-focused approach.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm in a busy environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

  • Experience of administration, coordination, events, training, customer service or a similar environment.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to identify improvements rather than simply follow existing processes.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts.

Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a collaborative training team and gain broad experience across client management, events, digital learning, marketing, compliance and business administration.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact — helping trainers deliver outstanding learning experiences, supporting clients throughout their training journey and contributing to the continued growth and development of our training programme.

If you’re someone who loves organisation, thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Ready to make a difference?

If you’re looking for a role where your organisational skills, creativity and customer focus can genuinely make an impact, apply today to join our Client Training team.
