About The Role

As Senior Client Training Executive, you’ll deliver face to face and online training to our member dentists. Training in our products and services to ensure the practice and the business achieve their growth targets and training practice teams in key areas of legislation, business and soft skills to ensure they meet their business objectives.  The role requires a high standard of content and delivery and to meet CPD industry guidelines set by the GDC and BDIA governing bodies.

Key responsibilities

  • Achievement of business objectives with a focus on recruitment and retention targets through delivery of training services to dental practices and within the business.
  • Providing training of the highest standards to practices ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to achieve/exceed recruitment in line with targets set.
  • To deliver a range of training modules including subjects of a legislative and soft skills nature to assist the practices in their development and to demonstrate the value of a continuing relationship with our products.
  • Working closely with the field sales team in order to maximise the results of training to deliver business growth and retention targets.
  • Research and design of new material to add to and enhance the existing training portfolio as business and market needs dictate.
  • Training of dental practices both in practice and at regional and national events.
  • Raising and continuing to maintain the profile of the Simplyhealth Denplan Academy brand within the profession and within the business.
  • Attendance of Field Team meetings and national events
  • Some UK travel & overnight stays
  • Reasonable role and task flexibility expected.
  • May be required to lead other business activities or projects in other parts of the Group.

About You

To be considered you must have:

  • Proven experience working with both small and large audiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Training research and development skills
  • Ability to organise workload and deliver to given timescales.
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Driven by achievement of high-quality service.
  • Ability to adapt to all situations and challenges in a calm and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a remote team.
  • Knowledge of the training cycle and learning styles.Ability to research and write training as well as deliver to delegates. Proficient in preparing training and presentations in PowerPoint and creating supporting training documents.
  • Ability to deliver training both face to face and on online platforms.
 

Please note a full driving licence is essential for this role.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more. This role is based in and around the West Midlands including Birmingham, Solihull, and Wolverhampton. You can expect to be visiting dental practices and delivering training several times per week with the rest of the time spent working from home.
