Our ideal candidate will have experience of providing Finance support to a business function, with finance/accounting experience, including formulating financial targets and budgets. You’ll be commercially astute and able to develop costing models and pricing strategies to drive business growth and improve cash flow.
In addition to the above, to be considered you must have:
- Demonstrable experience in optimising financial performance
- Finance business partnering skills, specifically the analysis and presentation of financial information.
- Self-confident individual, with sufficient gravitas and experience to command the respect of senior managers within the business unit.
- Good analytical and evaluative skills/judgement. Ability to filter, prioritise, analyse and validate potentially complex and dynamic material
- a relevant accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) – or be close to qualifying

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
