About The Role
12 month fixed term contracts
We’re looking for 2 x CVM Marketing Executives to join our marketing team, focusing on our Consumer and Corporate customer base. Supporting the business objectives, you’ll focus on creating added value for Consumer and Corporate customers through loyalty and retention marketing activities. Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll create email marketing campaigns to help engage and retain our customers, contributing to growth.
Please note this role will be contractually based from our head office in Andover, Hampshire, however, will be home based until further notice due to COVID-19.
About You

As a driven marketing professional, you’ll have experience in digital marketing and email building, and have ideally previously worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing software, creating and owning email campaigns from start to finish, including analysing and reporting on performance.

You’ll have a strong background in B2B and B2C marketing, as well as experience and understanding of a range of marketing activities such as events, direct mail, content based marketing and social media. You’ll be a customer champion and consistently look to optimise the customer experience. You’ll be organised, pro-active and have a keen eye for detail, constantly looking to deliver improved results from campaigns.

In Return

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary plus benefits including:

  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
