About The Role

6 month fixed term contracts available

We are currently recruiting for our Corporate Administration Team where you’ll be processing administration in a timely and accurate manner for our corporate clients who choose Simplyhealth as their health plan provider.

You’ll be:

Processing changes to database records and administering client requests accurately, ensuring Simplyhealth contact management systems are kept up to date

Regularly auditing the data we hold from our clients, highlighting any discrepancies that arise

Meeting agreed productivity requirements such as the volume of updates/amendments along with processing customer requests accurately so the quality is right first time.

Ensuring deadlines are met, customer expectations are exceeded and procedures are created and updated for every process.

Taking full ownership of queries and following them through to a successful outcome.

Working closely with our account management team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and their employees.

Whilst this role is predominately admin based you will also be required to provide 1st line telephone support to our clients regarding queries around their accounts with us.

(Please note this role will be home based until further notice due to COVID-19 but based from Andover upon our return to the office)

About You

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Microsoft Office skills with a good understanding of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong levels of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
