About The Role

We’re looking a Learning Experience Designers to join us on a 6m FTC, leading the creation, design and build of engaging personal development learning content for colleagues to be hosted on our new social learning platform. Reporting into our Talent & Development Specialist and working as part of a team of 5 you’ll be involved in the development of e-learning resources, maintenance and administration of our social learning platform, whilst supporting the process of clarifying requirements.

About the role

You’ll use your exceptional communication skills and prior experience of using instructional design principles to script, storyboard and deploy effective blended learning solutions, ensuring created content is engaging and of a high quality to enhance performance.

We’ll look to you to work with the business and SME’s to design and develop engaging learning resources, including: videos, software simulations, gamification, just in time training and quizzes that engage our employee’s and reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners.


About You

This is a new role to our people team, supporting the design of solutions on our new learning management system. Previous learning design experience, including storyboarding, scripting and developing solutions is essential along with a good understanding of Instructional Design (ID) methods, learning theories and practice and demonstrable experience of applying these concepts.

You’ll need a passion for social learning and be confident in handling pressure whilst sustaining a positive attitude, working to a high standard and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

You’ll receive up to a competitive basic salary plus:
