About The Role
9 month fixed term contract

This is a key role within our Debt Recovery team where you’ll proactively manage a portfolio of our corporate clients to ensure that payments are received within agreed timescales.

As a Debt Recovery Assistant you will:

  • Support the Team Leader with the completion of the debt recovery processes for Corporate groups. Reconcile and confirm outstanding debt with client companies with a view to collecting all monies owed whilst ensuring the process for collecting old debt is followed and updated.
  • To deliver excellent customer focused support to our client companies, brokers and internal departments
 
(Please note this role will be home based until further notice due to COVID-19 but based from Andover upon our return to the office)

Essential Requirement

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:
