Be at the heart of relationships with our clients

At Simplyhealth, it’s our service that makes us special. And, as Practice Support Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure that our service shines and our clients love working with us.

Taking care of relationships with our dental and veterinary practices, you’ll work closely with field-based business consultants to enhance our current client base and support new growth opportunities. You’ll work primarily on the phone answering queries, building relationships with dental/veterinary practices and taking ownership of any incoming work. You’ll play an important role in maintaining our CRM database, getting involved in more complex investigative work and occasionally attending networking events to promote Simplyhealth.

We’ll look to you to build loyalty and drive business growth by championing Simplyhealth and our products and services. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and, understanding our Denplan and Pet Health Plan products inside-out, you’ll help practice teams promote it to their patients. Proactive and passionate, you’ll take ownership in this important role and be brilliant at finding ways that we can work smarter and make things better for our practices.

(Please note this role will be home based until further notice due to COVID-19 whilst we await a return to the Winchester office)
About You
Establishing and building brilliant relationships will be second nature to you. Confident and outgoing, you will have some previous experience in a customer service role and your exceptional people skills will mean you’re great at building fantastic client rapport. Your keen eye for detail will help you to identify new opportunities and a driven, can-do attitude will make a real impact in building brand loyalty when it comes to promoting and up-selling our products.

Brilliantly organised, you will be comfortable in an office environment with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent time management skills. And when it comes to multitasking and problem solving, you’re a natural, helping you overcome any challenge the day throws at you in order to hit deadlines and contribute to the passionate team here at Simplyhealth.

Essential Criteria

We are following current government guidance with reference to working safely and where possible all employees are home-based, to ensure your success you’ll need to have;

·       Access to a dedicated working space

·       Sufficient home broadband to enable you to work uninterrupted at home

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Free park and ride travel
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
