About The Role

Do you have a proven track record in providing medium to large scale hardware builds and deployments?

We’ve been transforming Simplyhealth since 2014 and for the last 12 months we’ve really picked up the pace. Having recently come together as one Simplyhealth team, under one new brand we’re continuing to transform our business to reach our 2024 ambition, grow Simplyhealth and ultimately deliver our powerful purpose.

We’re now looking for a Technology Engineer to join us on a permanent basis, providing support for foundational IT tasks, hardware builds and deployments across the Simplyhealth group.

About The Role

You’ll join a hardworking and resilient IT team in building laptops and IT packs for our new starters and upgrades to colleagues who are working remotely, providing instruction manuals for non-technical  customers and ensure they are confident in all modes of usage of the systems, products and services.

Based in our Andover office and working as part of a small team, you’ll provide onsite support, triaging and resolving incoming enquiries, resolving where possible and escalating when needed.

About You

We’re seeking a solution driven and proactive professional, with vast experience of desktop build/maintenance via SCCM in a medium to large organisation (1000+ end users)

You’ll be working with a number of different technologies, experience of the following will be important:

·       Microsoft Office 2013 and O365

·       Windows 10

·       IOS\Android

·       Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2012

·       IT hardware (PC, tablet, laptop, phone, printer etc…) build and maintenance via SCCM

·       Experience of working with printer systems such as Kyocera, Ricoh etc

·       Experience of working with Phone systems such as Avaya, Mitel etc

·       Remote Support using products such as Teamviewer

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
