About The Role
As part of our valuable retention team, you’ll take and make phone calls with Simplyhealth customers who may want to cancel their policy. You’ll communicate with confidence, understand their concerns, and find creative solutions - so they can continue to enjoy everyday healthcare.

With a range of approaches at your disposal, from sourcing a more suitable plan to offering a free month of cover, you’ll build on your empathetic customer service with effective sales skill to ensure everyone you speak to feels valued, listened to, and satisfied with the outcome.
Our retention team are available between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 3pm Saturdays. Successful candidates must be flexible to work 7 hour shifts between these times on a rota basis along with one in four Saturdays. For the Saturday worked you'll receive a lieu day off in the week.

Please note this role will be home based until further notice due to COVID-19 and from our Andover office upon our return.
About You

Each member of the retention team comes from a unique career path. But what we all have in common is our drive, enthusiasm, and confidence on the phone. So we’re looking for a great communicator with experience in customer service and phone conversations – and ideally a good grasp of sales.

As a Customer Retention Advisor, you’ll happily take on any challenging situation or difficult conversation. Organised and independent, you’ll feel right at home in an energetic workplace and you’ll share our passion for hitting targets to ensure our customers continue to look after their everyday health.

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
