About The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Executive to join our marketing team to support the Brand Manager in delivering the Brand strategy, for our Denplan and Simplyhealth brands.

In this role you’ll be a key member of our marketing team, helping to create assets for B2B and B2C audiences, to assist in the optimisation of all marketing channels to deliver sales growth and maximise ROI. You’ll support trade publication advertising, helping to produce great creative that supports business objectives as well as supporting brand activity and campaigns as they arise.

Experience working in Healthcare or Financial Services is not essential; we’re looking for an experienced brand professional with transferable skills from any industry. This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

About You

You’ll be an experienced brand professional with a background in brand or advertising. You’ll have experience working with brand or creative agencies and have supported brand campaigns in a professional organisation. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

In Return

You’ll receive up to a competitive basic salary plus:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
  • Eligibility for our recognition award scheme – one off payments from £500 to £4,000
  • A yearly company funded allowance of £500 that you can choose to use against some great benefits such as shopping vouchers, pet insurance, dental plans and more
  • Simplyhealth core product choice: Cash plan or Dental plan
