About The Role
21.5 Hours per week - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
 
Our Pet Health Plans are designed to help pet owners care for their pets by ensuring that they are protected against everyday curable illnesses. We work closely with the veterinary industry to ensure that preventative healthcare is at the forefront of a pet owners mind.

As a Customer Service Advisor within our Vets team you’ll work as part of a vibrant and fast paced group of individuals, where you’ll be the first point of contact by phone and email for pet owners, providing excellent customer service to resolve queries relating to their pets health plan.

From day one you’ll receive support from our development coordinator to ensure you have the tools to succeed in the role as you work through a training plan tailored to you.
 
Please note this opportunity is a 6 month fixed term contract.
About You
We’re looking for someone who loves providing excellent customer service and is able to speak confidently to our pet owners over the phone to resolve their queries. You’ll be comfortable working within high pressured situations and have great attention to detail. An interest in animals is not necessarily required….but it definitely helps!
 
As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
