Our Denplan payment plans help dental patients maintain happy, healthy smiles by covering the cost of their dental care with predictable monthly payments. We support dentists across the UK so they can concentrate on providing high quality, expert dental care. 
Our Customer Advisors play a crucial part in this by answering customer queries to ensure we are offering the best service possible.

You’ll be:

Dealing with customers via phone and email to ensure they receive a helpful, positive experience with their dental payment plan queries.

Providing customers with information which is complete, accurate and up-to-date.

Taking full ownership of queries and following them through to a successful outcome.

Meeting agreed productivity requirements such as call time availability, and processing customer requests accurately so the quality is right first time.

Work with our training coaches who will give you all the support you need to succeed.

Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday - no evenings or weekends!

About You
To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience – this can be face-to-face or over the phone
  • The ability to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, even under pressure
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Data Input experience with accuracy in processing customer requests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record of exceeding customer expectations

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:
