About The Role

We have three great opportunities for Key Account Managers to join our Corporate Client Relationship team in either our Andover or Winchester offices. One is a permanent role due to an internal promotion and two are 12 month fixed term contracts to cover maternity.

As a Key Account Manager you'll retain and grow a profitable book of business by proactively delivering a market leading service to our key corporate clients who offer our health cash plan and dental plan to their employees. Working closely with your assigned portfolio you'll oversee the delivery of their wellbeing strategy, develop robust relationships and identify areas of growth whilst maximising profitability.

This role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however flexibility is required to work outside of these times as 50% of the role will be field based visiting your clients.

About You

As the ideal candidate you will

  • Have previous experience in an account management role
  • Be an excellent relationship builder
  • Have a good business acumen and a professional approach
  • Be driven and motivated to grow your assigned portfolio
  • Have previous experience within the healthcare market (desirable)
  • Possess a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
  • A yearly company funded allowance of £500 that you can choose to use against some great benefits such as shopping vouchers, pet insurance, dental plans and more
