About The Role
We have opportunities available for 2 x Key Account Managers to join our Corporate Client Relationship team in either our Andover or Winchester offices.
As a Key Account Manager you'll retain and grow a profitable book of business by proactively delivering a market leading service to our key corporate clients who offer our health cash plan and dental plan to their employees. Working closely with your assigned portfolio you'll oversee the delivery of their wellbeing strategy, develop robust relationships and identify areas of growth whilst maximising profitability.
This role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however flexibility is required to work outside of these times as 50% of the role will be field based visiting your clients.
About You
To be considered for this role you'll:
- have previous experience in an account management role
- be an excellent relationship builder
- have a good business acumen and a professional approach
- be driven and motivated to grow your assigned portfolio
- have previous experience within the healthcare market (desirable)
- a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points
