About The Role
Permanent Opportunity

As a Corporate Administrator you’ll support our corporate clients with the administration of health cash plans which are offered to their employees as part of their benefits package.

You’ll predominately be working through data sent across by the client, cross checking to ensure that details of their employees are reflected on our system. You’ll respond to queries via email as well as be available to take calls from the client.

Our clients are also supported by an Account Manager who you'll work closely with to ensure that we continue to provide an exceptional level of customer service at every interaction.
About You
To be considered for this role you’ll have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
