About The Role

Our Dental Payment Plan customers receive a supplementary insurance benefit allowing them to receive emergency dental treatment when away from their registered dental practice.
 
As a Helpline & Insurance Advisor you'll be part of a team who take inbound calls from patients in need of emergency dental treatment, supporting them with non medical advice whilst making outbound calls to dental practices to secure an appointment for them.
 
Once the customer has received the treatment they submit a claim form to us where you'll ensure the claim meets our terms and conditions and is processed in the appropriate manner.
 
This role is 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
About You
Customers calling the Helpline will often be in a stressful situation so the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm are key. You'll have a real desire to help each caller and use your initiative to proactively source an appointment for them, keeping them updated with your progress at very opportunity.
 
Attention to detail is essential for the effective processing of claims and your ability to quickly navigate around our systems will be important to ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times.
