12 month Fixed Term Contract
 
We are recruiting for a Mail Distribution Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract in our Andover office.

As part of a busy team you'll be providing a excellent post in/out and packing/mailing service for Simplyhealth ensuring that all workflows are processed in a timely manner.
 
You'll ensure that all post is prepared and scanned accurately and distributed between our Andover and Winchester offices using our company van within the agreed time frames. 
 
Attention to detail is important in this role to ensure data is kept secure and confidentiality isn't breached. You'll work with a variety of machinery to help you including post openers, scanners, franking machine, taking responsibility for their upkeep and reporting any faults to your line manager.
 
This role is 35 hours per week, between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
About You
To be considered for this role you'll have:
 
- A full UK driving license, held for 2 years with less than 8 penalty points
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working in a post room and/or print and pack environment
- A can do attitude with the flexibility to help other areas of the department when required

In return you’ll receive:
  • 36 days holiday (Including bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
