Permanent and 12m Fixed Term Contract available
 
Are you looking for a role as part of an upbeat team where you can build B2B relationships over the phone to increase sales opportunities?

As a Client Relationship Executive you’ll be making outbound calls to a mixture of 
new, dormant and active client accounts, where our health Cash Plan is offered to their employees as a flexible employee benefit. These calls will open up new revenue opportunities for Simplyhealth where you'll support employers in raising awareness of our plans through marketing infinitives and the promotion of our website, driving interest towards our telesales team to set up individual plans.
 
You'll be in charge of your own time allowing you to research companies in advance, take time to followup with marketing literature and data cleanse our CRM as you go.

This role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
About You

You’ll be speaking to decision makers at all levels, including senior, and will therefore need to be confident in your approach. As with any sales role objection handling is paramount and your ability to influence and proactively highlight the benefits of Simplyhealth and our health plans will be key in opening doors for us. A good understanding of B2B selling and relationship management will be important as will having a tenacious outlook and the adaptability to vary your approach.

In return you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (Including bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Annual group bonus - 5% of your salary if business targets are met
  • A yearly company funded allowance of £500 that you can choose to use against some great benefits such as shopping vouchers, pet insurance, dental plans and more
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
  • Eligibility for our recognition award scheme – one off payments of £750 or £1,500
