About The Role

Do you enjoy conducting investigations into known or suspected insurance fraud? Would you like to support the ongoing development of an anti-financial crime culture? If the answer is yes, you need to join our fraud team!

About the Role

Working closely with our Fraud Manager, Head of Risk and the wider Financial Crime team to identify and manage the ongoing investigation and monitoring of financial crime risk at Simplyhealth, escalating where needed and initiating the appropriate course of action including management and recovery.

You’ll provide support in best practice and how we can embed and evaluate robust, yet proportionate frameworks for both insurance fraud and anti-money laundering (AML), whilst working with our data analysts to develop modern, efficient methods to improve the efficiency of our fraud prevention activities. 

Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend some meetings at our Hampshire head office.

About You

You’ll be driven by ‘doing the right thing’, have experience of working in a fraud investigation role and it would be great if you’ve had exposure along with an interest of AML controls applicable to a general insurer.

In Return 

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days

  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
