About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Business Analystto join the BA team and play a key part in both defining capabilities we need to accomplish our goals and in the definition and validation of solutions that meet those goals.

This is a 12 month, fixed term contract role so we are looking for someone with experience and a passion for BA to come in and hit the ground running.


What you’ll do;

  • Work across the business including with Project Managers, Programme Managers and senior stakeholders to support the development of business strategies into tangible programmes of change.
  • Lead sessions with stakeholders to ensure that requirements and root cause issues are understood and clearly documented.
  • Lead and facilitate the prioritisation of requirements, acting as proxy Product owner where required.
  • Map and re-engineer end-to-end processes/ customer journeys.
  • Actively manage relationships both with the business, technology, and any 3rd parties.

About You

  • Experienced of working on significant, large scale, complex transformational change projects
  • Hands on experience of defining and mapping business process domains and playing a role in the development of an appropriate business architecture.
  • Demonstrable background in managing programme interdependencies within a complex portfolio of change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels is key in this role and being able to adapt to different communication styles.

Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.
