We’re on the hunt for a Technology Engineer/ 2nd Line Support Engineer, who is equally as passionate about both the technology side and the people side,  to join our IT Support team.

You will be working with stakeholders across the business to support, customise, maintain, test and administer all of Simplyhealth's major business system applications as well as on site support. With the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates who can be flexible to hybrid working and be based in the office in Andover 2-3 times a week.


What you’ll do;

  • Work across the business to supply a range of 2nd and 3rd line support.
  • Use your passion for technology to support across the spectrum of technology from build and maintenance through to O365 support and so much more.
  • Be able to support in a variety of ways from desk-side through to remote.
  • Laptop build at a variety of specs.


About You

Experience supporting across the following is key for this role:

  • Microsoft Office O365
  • Windows 10 and 11 
  • Android
  • Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2019
  • IT Hardware (ranging across laptops, PCs, tablets, printers and phones etc) 
  • Build and maintenance via SCCM 
  • Experience across Intune and Autopilot would be advantageous 
  • Experience of working with printer systems including Kyocera and Ricoh would, again, be beneficial but not a necessity.
