About The Role
12 month fixed term contract

As part of the Customer Service Relations Team you'll manage customer complaints, complex queries and feedback by proactively responding to and resolving customer complaints and escalations by telephone, email or letter across our portfolio of products. You'll be responsible for delivering prompt, empathetic and fair outcome resolutions to customers, ensuring that you have addressed all of their concerns.

You'll liaise with internal departments and third parties to manage the enquiry/complaint with professionalism to provide a solution to customers within service level agreed timescales whilst ensuring that feedback is provided to the appropriate Department/Line Manager regarding the root cause of a complaint.

About You
To be considered for this role you'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of resolving complaints over the telephone
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment (Financial Services would be desirable)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • An investigative mind and strong problem solving skills

Our Benefits

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
