About The Role

We’re on the hunt for an Events Executive  to join the team and get involved in assisting in organising events across the board!

 

What you’ll do;

 

  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered consistently and executed well across the business.
  • Liase with both vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure each campaign and event is pulled together seamlessly.
  • Support on a range of events from smaller events that you’ll be expected to help host and manage through to larger scale events  where you will be assisting across the board.
  • Get involved in everything from liaising with all key staff, venues, speakers and suppliers as well as building and dismantling  stage sets and troubleshooting audio visual equipment.

This means, your day-to-day activities can be undertaken remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, inductions. For this role in particular, it is worth noting that there may be a requirement to travel to events your hosting/ assisting with and that may also come with overnight stays.

     

    About You

  • Ideally have experience in working at and organising external events
  • Experience working to tight deadlines.
  • Genuine passion for events and a naturally organised person.
  • Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to have a full driving licence.
