About The Role

Do you have proven success in delivering multiple end to end business change programmes? Can you lead and support the delivery of the highest profile business change programmes?

The role

Working closely with executive sponsors and business owners, you’ll play a leading role in planning a programme of change, monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate whilst providing leadership to the business and project teams, ensuring scope, direction and delivery are clearly communicated and understood.

Playing a key part in;

  • Developing and managing a resource planning approach in conjunction with other Programme Managers and the PMO, to maximise optimal use of resources

  • Managing both dependencies and interfaces between projects

  • Ensuring programme plans, project plans, milestone reporting, formalised risk and issue management processes are in place and being managed effectively

  • Financial tracking and reporting of costs

  • Benefit realisation processes are established and that benefits of the programme are accurately tracked and reported.

  • Effective internal and external communications within each project and across the programme as a whole

  • Accurate reporting of progress at regular intervals with escalation to senior team as necessary

About You

You’ll need proven experience in delivering multiple full life-cycle programmes within a change management environment. With demonstrable experience of;

  1. Using project management principles, methodologies and related tools

  2. Managing enterprise wide change programmes with multi-million budgets and large cross functional teams incorporating IT specialists, 3rd parties and business representatives

  3. Significant leadership experience, to include; facilitation, change management, people management, development and coaching skills

  4. Influencing colleagues and senior stakeholders

  5. Defining and delivering programme and project benefit realisation programmes

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 12% of annual salary
