About The Role
FTC until December 2022
You’ll play an important role in establishing and managing, our current and new relationships with 3rd party providers for our customer service administration team.

We’ll look to you to monitor quality and drive performance of works completed, ensure service levels are continually met, provide recommendations and or insight on capacity need and identify and resolve live or potential issues that could impact Simplyhealth.

2022 at Simplyhealth is going to be exciting, our transformation programmes are really picking up pace, we’re working where we work best and we’re recognising where we can continue to make improvements so we can deliver our purpose to improve access to healthcare, for the many, for the long term.

Please note this role will be predominantly homebased in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend ad-hoc meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines.

About You

We’re seeking an organised problem solver, who enjoys making and building productive relationships with colleagues whilst having a hunger for delivering results. You’ll have experience of managing and leading an effective Outsourced relationship, ideally within a customer service environment and have proven ability to manage and motivate people.

In Return 

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
