About The Role
A newly created role has become available to join our Telesales & Retention team as a coach to support, mentor and inspire our colleagues in achieving their performance and development goals in order to meet our sales & retention targets.
We have a clear purpose here at Simplyhealth which is to improve access to healthcare for all in the UK. Our range of health payment plans allow people to take a proactive approach to keep on top of their health through regular check-ups and treatments. Our Telesales & Retention Team are key this by speaking with potential and existing customers about our plans and finding suitable options for them.

You'll work closely with the Telesales & Retention management team to design and implement both team and individual coaching plans, regularly reviewing performance and providing analysis that helps shape recommendations for the future.
This role is available as a fixed term contract until July 2023.
In line with our smart working policy this role is offered as a hybrid between home and office based. For the success of the role we anticipate a 50:50 split between the two so you must be able to commute to our Andover (Hampshire) office.
About You
To be considered for this role you'll be able to demonstrate:
- Previous coaching/mentoring experience that inspires and develops others
- The ability to tailor your style to differing audiences and incorporate a variety of learning styles
- Experience within a B2C sales environment
- Excellent organisational skills

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary

  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways such as towards a student loan repayment or a first time mortgage
