About The Role

Known in the business as a Product administrator, you'll form part of our product team, supporting the maintenance of all product propositions, ensuring products and services are market leading and meet genuine customer need. You’ll be involved in the ‘evaluation of effectiveness’ and ‘product performance’ reviews, making recommendations and adjustment suggestions where appropriate.

Communication is key to the success of this role, so you’ll be producing internal and external literature that’s clear, consistent and true reflect of the brand and product proposition.

 
Please note this role will be fixed for 12 months, predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.
About You

You’ll be confident in your skills and ability, taking ownership for achieving and improving personal performance, acting on opportunities in role and seeking new opportunities to develop.

We’re seeking an ambitious individual that’s confident in using Excel, regards communication as a key strength and can confidently build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary)
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
