We’re looking for an IT Office Manager to join our Amazing Digital and Technology team, ensuring the smooth running of the IT Office. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and providing expert advice in IT Governance, software, contracts & services.

Day to day you will further define a high performance culture that is aligned to the aspirations of the group and the needs of the digital and technology team, validate purchase orders, partner with our Finance team on budget and expenses whilst monitoring and controlling the overall headcount position for Technology- ensuring that the work of the Office adds value, is relevant to the strategy of the organisation, and meets the goals set by the Technology leadership.

About You

You'll need:

  • Proven working experience in an IT governance capacity
  • A positive mindset to take ownership of your work and be responsible for progressing tasks.
  • A distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of business systems

You'll be able to:

  • Makes timely choices based on the options and information available
  • Effectively use digital technologies to access, navigate, evaluate, comprehend, create and share information, knowledge, ideas and expertise
  • Sets and accomplishes challenging goals

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary)
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
