About The Role
We are in search of a Salesforce Manager to join the fun, providing leadership, vision and direction to an experienced team whilst actively contributing to the delivery of Simplyhealth’s CRM strategy utilising Salesforce.com. 

Day to day, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, supporting and developing all elements of the group’s CRM system.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience on the Salesforce.com platform and confident with SOQL/SOSL and Force.com Apex coding. You'll join our amazing fun and diverse Digital team that’s constantly challenged working with the latest technologies, creating life-changing solutions, and having a great time doing it.
 
About You

• An abundance of old tech that we need to throw out and replace with modern web architecture.
• A modern website that we need to level up and deliver the best customer experience (and maybe win an award or two for being best in class)
• JavaScript portals and web apps in abundance
• A hugely collaborative and amazing team to work with

• An open mind for new ideas and methodologies
 
You Have:

• The ability and or desire to lead and manage a Salesforce team, developing and supporting their development and skills
• Can rapidly prototype new ideas, concepts, and designs
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
• The passion to keep up with the latest technologies and development frameworks.
 
Location
 
Mostly work from your own home, but hey it’s great to occasionally get together and collaborate in our Andover office or even find a coffee shop near you for a mocha latte with a twist of something sweet!
 
Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.
