About The Role
We have two exciting new opportunities available to join our successful Telesales Team on a part time basis. 

Two shift patterns are available: 4pm - 8pm Monday to Thursday / 5pm - 8pm Monday to Thursday. We can be flexible if required so if you can't quite match those shifts will are open to adapting the hours / days worked to fit you.

As an evening Telesales Advisor here at Simplyhealth you'll be:

  • Making outbound calls you'll be speaking to potential customers, promoting our health cash plans to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Someone who loves talking to people on the phone - you’ll be involved in a high volume of calls each day to hit your sales target, so you’ll need resilience and self-motivation to drive you to succeed.

  • Getting the training you need - from your first day you’ll be part of a structured training programme designed to tell you all you need to know about our products and learn all the skills required to be a successful Telesales Advisor.

  • Rewarded with incentives and uncapped commission, as well as with the opportunity to talk to people about their everyday healthcare needs, whilst introducing them to Simplyhealth.
Please note this role will be predominantly homebased in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity you'll be able to demonstrate the following:
 
- Previous sales experience (ideally over the telephone)
- The drive and motivation to achieve sales targets
- The resilience to overcome challenges and setbacks
- A passion for helping others see the benefits of maintaining excellent everyday health
 

In Return

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary plus benefits including:

  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
