About The Role

We have not one, but two vacancies to join our innovative department on 6 month fixed term contracts.

As a Marketing Executive, your primary focus will be on delivering impactful campaigns that offer strong performance, and drive business growth.

You’ll work across our full portfolio (B2B, B2C, and B2B2C), as well as across a variety of projects and campaigns, all aimed at driving awareness, consideration and conversions with our key audiences. Effective and engaging content marketing is at the heart of our approach, and you’ll be able to champion this through a variety of online and offline marketing channels.

Working with our energetic and collaborative team, you’ll manage your campaigns from the planning stage, through to creative build and delivery. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll be monitoring campaigns throughout – sharing learnings with team members and key stakeholders, and undertaking post-campaign analysis to drive further activities. There’s always something exciting going on at Simplyhealth, such as TV and Radio advertising campaigns, Partnership activity with organisations such as the RFU, or Trade event preparation and promotion.

Please note that this role will be home based however you must be able to commute to our Andover (Hampshire) office on an ad hoc basis for team meetings and planning days.

About You
To be considered for this role you'll be able to demonstrate success in the build and delivery of marketing campaigns with strong ROI. You'll be a strong team player and work collaboratively with your immediate colleagues and wider stakeholders. We're not necessarily looking for you to have experience across all channels or audiences - it's your desire to roll your sleeves up and get involved which will be important. If you have previous experience within a health and wellbeing great, what we would like to see is that you share the same passion as we do for helping our customers keep on top of their everyday health.

In Return

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary plus benefits including:

  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
