About The Role

Known internally as Business Development Support Executive, this is a newly created position within our Corporate Sales team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You'll play an important role by being responsible for supporting our Business Development Consultants with administration tasks to ensure their focus and time is spent on maximising their opportunity for delivering growth for Simplyhealth.

You'll be the coordination point of contact between a variety of internal teams at Simplyhealth along with speaking to prospective clients to obtain administrative information following their interaction with one of our Consultants.

Please note this role will be predominantly homebased in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.

About You
To be successful you will need to have previous experience within an administration role. Attention to detail and prioritisation are essential skills and you will also need to be comfortable when engaging with both key internal and external stakeholders.

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
