About The Role

Are you an analytical whizz? Are you wanting to use your skills within a supportive, growing and ambitious business whose emphasis is on health & well-being?

With a drive to utilise Adobe Analytics more widely across the business and make sure we provide the best offers to as many customers as possible, we need someone like you to join our Andover based team to analyse and spot problem digital areas so we can fix them quickly!

The role

As a Digital Analytics Executive you’ll be supporting the evolution of our new digital optimisation function, through the interrogation of website traffic and other data sources.

This will involve:

• The timely and accurate collection, analysis and reporting on digital data to provide consistent, solid analytics and valuable insights on the businesses digital platforms

• Working with the Digital Analytics and Optimisation Managers to identify problems and opportunities across all areas of the digital estate - quantifying the potential opportunity for conversion/sales uplifts

• Generating and presenting insights / recommendations to senior management

• Working with Analytics, Optimisation and Marketing functions to define and refine tracking and reporting processes to allow our marketing activity and customer experiences to be benchmarked and optimised

• Maintaining and implementing tagging to allow the tracking of audiences across the digital estate.

• Support the Digital Analytics Manager with defining, planning and implementing the analytics development roadmap.

• Researching and recommending tools and techniques to stay current with latest industry trends in digital analytics

Your experience

Due to the importance of this role, experience is a must, and you will need to have a strong analytical aptitude and technical ability as well as solid experience of Digital Analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics, and the tools/techniques to ensure accurate data collection.

Experience of data reporting development and visualisation techniques will also be required, along with a passion for data and technology.

You will need to have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, be a team player and have the ability and desire to collaborate effectively

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
  • Eligibility for our recognition award scheme – one off payments of £2,500 or £5,000
