About The Role

Are you looking for a role that allows you to work alongside a Programme Team to define a programme training strategy and the creation of the delivery plan?

As part of our transformation journey we’ve come together as one Simplyhealth to digitise our business and the way we provide access to healthcare.

We’re now looking for an experienced Training Lead on an initial 12m basis to create a compelling narrative for our transformation programme that engages colleagues and will drives awareness, advocacy and adoption for the programme and the revised ways of working and culture that it will enable

About The Role

Initially based working from home (entire of 2021), you’ll be working in highly collaborative, matrixed and geographically diverse environment where we’ll look to you to lead and develop a virtual Programme Training team.

We’ll look to you to ensure the ‘right people’ are in the ‘right place’ with the ‘right skills’ at the ‘right time’ in line with the wider Programme activity and Produce Training strategy document to enable effective communications and engagement between programme management and end user colleagues.

About You

Our colleagues are the pioneers of our transformation journey and share our passion for people. To ensure your success in this role you’ll have strong track record of Training Strategy development &delivery across large transformation programmes and effective collaboration skills, building strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • ·       36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • ·       Group annual bonus (discretionary)
  • ·       A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above, we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
