About The Role

Do you enjoy working alongside a PMO and Programme Manager to ensure good governance and planning control are in place for transformational change?

As part of our transformation journey we’ve come together as one Simplyhealth to digitise our business and the way we provide access to healthcare.

We’re now looking for an experienced Programme Planner to join us on an initial 12m contract and work with a number of Programme and Project Managers to provide planning control and governance, ensuring programme plans are maintained and that any deviation to plan / delays, change events and risks are effectively communicated and managed.

About The Role

Initially based working from home (entire of 2021), you’ll be working on a variety of transformational change projects, we’ll look to you to develop, maintain and progress quality project / Programme plans / schedules in line with the defined Programme and Organisational processes and requirements.

You’ll support the Programme Managers and maintain key inter-dependencies between Workstreams and

Undertake programme analysis and report on cause and effect of delays.

About You

Our colleagues are the pioneers of our transformation journey and share our passion for people. To ensure your success in this role you’ll have experience Transformation Programmes, consisting of complex integrated project & programme schedules, across a number of delivery partners and workstreams.

You’ll need proven experience of developing and sustaining relationships with individuals at all levels in an organisation(both internal and external), including the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders.

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • ·       36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • ·       Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 7.5% of annual salary
  • ·       A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
