About The Role

We’re looking for 3 x experienced Salesforce Analysts to join our Digital and Technology team, taking ownership of Simplyhealth’s Salesforce estate and working with the Business and business analysts to understand the requirements of future change.

About The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for any Salesforce development and functionality changes, working collaboratively with team members to ensure a solution is designed that meets business requirements and fulfills user stories.

Acting as the 2nd line Salesforce expert to end users, you'll monitor and manage application limits and usage, perform regular health checks and mass updates using Dataloader.

Please note this role will be home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.

It's important your experienced in owning and managing a Salesforce Org and ideally within an Agile help desk environment, understanding how important the end user experience is.

We're seeking a candidate that's a great communicator and experienced in owning and managing a Salesforce Org, a certified Salesforce administrator and confident with Pardot, Dotdigital/Dotmailer and writing SQL queries.

In Return 

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 7.5% of annual salary
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
