About The Role

At Simplyhealth, we have an exciting role for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Denplan brand. Reporting to the Head of Sales you’ll lead a team of 7 business development consultants, covering from Peterborough to Brighton, with a focus on achieving net growth to the team’s portfolio, helping to exceed sales targets through your excellent management, development and leadership skillsYou’ll be a key member of the sales leadership team and critical to ensuring your team achieve hit business objectives. 

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful sales team. As the UK's leading dental payment plan provider supporting 6,600 dentists nationwide, caring for around 1.6m patients across the UK, we're in a unique position to disrupt the market with significant growth investment from our board and multiple new innovative propositions to take to market. 
Please note a background in the dental industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
About You

You’ll need to be an articulate, enthusiastic and growth driven sales person with a proven track record in sales management. You'll be a proven sales coach and strong people manager, adept at developing others to achieve their potential and be able to build a great team across a geographical area from the East of the UK to the South East (excluding central London) including postcodes PE down to BN. 

In Return

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary plus:

·       36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days

·       Excellent sales bonus opportunity

·       A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways

·       A yearly company funded allowance of £500 that you can choose to use against some great benefits such as shopping vouchers, pet insurance, dental plans and more
