Denplan from Simplyhealth provides Dentists with the opportunity to set up their patients onto payment plans, designed to spread the cost of treatments to make looking after your oral health easy and affordable. We have an exciting, newly created opportunity to join us under the official job title of Practice Development Executive on a permanent basis working from home.
As part of the existing sales team your remit will be to focus on identifying leads via outbound telephone calls for new business opportunities of dental practices in your assigned territory, introducing them to Denplan and building the initial relationships. You'll nurture these relationships before passing them across to the Business Development Consultants in your area sales team, working in collaboration to help us achieve our new business growth targets.
Although a key focus will be on generating new business opportunities you'll also work with our existing clients to provide effective account management, helping them achieve their own growth ambitions whilst also raising awareness of our value add services such as in house training and clinical governance support to aid their retention with us.
About You
We'd love to see the following from your application:

  • Previous telesales or lead generation experience
  • Experience of working in a target driven role
  • A hunger and desire to identify sales leads
  • Excellent relationship building skills and customer service excellence
  • Team player - you'll be working as part of your area sales team to achieve targets together
In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:

  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
